                                                      General Warranty Conditions for Led TV SMART TECH

SMART TECH product is covered by a warranty of 24 months from date of purchase with receipt, 12 months invoice. The accessories are warranted for six months: The warranty covers repair and / or replacement of components of the equipment due to effective manufacturing defect, and is made according to the terms and procedures specified below.

In case of failure or malfunction of equipment, contact the Technical Assistance to the number 199.309.314: a qualified technician will be immediate telephone support to solve the problem. If the operator is material instead the presumption of a fault actual, contemplated in the series of interventions covered by warranty (see Exclusions), the user can carry at one of the authorized service center SMART TECH their product.                                                                                                 Attention

To take advantage of the 24-month warranty the user must document the date from which the warranty period by submitting a duly completed copy of the sales receipt or invoice commercial sales.

The service center SMART TECH reserves still be able to request exhibition of original documents. Do not forget to take advantage send directly our Local Service Point (LSP)

The Service Center SMART TECH disclaims any liability in case of data loss due to any cause. The repair and verification procedures for certain components may result in cancellation of data and programs in the memories of the product. Before sending the product to the service center SMART TECH, you are invited to make as much as possible saving data and programs contained within the product.

After the repair, the product will be returned to service center SMART TECH.

Following repair of the product or its components, the components repaired or replaced will be covered by this warranty for the remaining warranty period and in any case for no more than 30 days.

 

Exclusions

1.The warranty covers exclusively failures or malfunctions occurring within the warranty period and under normal conditions of use for material defect and / or manufacturing. The warranty expires automatically in case of:

  • tampering, alteration, repair or replacement of the product made by unauthorized persons;

  • tampering, abrasion, deletion, removal of the serial number found on the product, its components and accessories;

  • detachment, breaking, tampering or other violation of the integrity of the seals placed on the product.

2.Warranty is expressly excluded in the case of:

  • bumps, drops, faults or defects attributable to external causes;

  • accidents, misuse of the equipment by Buyer or any third party;

  • incorrect configuration parts, components, devices, mechanisms, equipment, devices, programs;

  • dysfunction of the electricity grid;

  • use of the product in unsuitable environment and spill on the product;

  • failures and defects caused by parties unrelated to the product and / or arising from the conflict with additional component;

  • damage caused by viruses of any kind;

  • natural events or incidental damages;

  • LCD broken.

3.They are specifically excluded from the warranty:

  • the software and operating systems, and services offered with the product;

  • the members of which, by their nature or by normal wear, tear or decay, require periodic maintenance or replacement (the / and power cables and structural components, subject to mechanical stress), by way of example and not exhaustive;

  • components or accessories purchased separately;

  • actions to recover from damage caused by viruses or improper installation of software or updates of the same.

4.The warranty does not cover defects that have a negligible effect on the value or functionality of the product: especially LCD panels fall under the IS013406-2 series with the following numbers of pixels: No. 2 white or No. 2 or No. 5 dark sub pixels colored.

Sending Service Centre of a product does not necessarily free repair under warranty the same. Al upon receipt of the product, the Service Centre reserves the right to verify the validity of the warranty.

Repairs carried out warranty will be charged at the price prevailing at the time of repair.
